METAS: Meeting Educational Talent with Academic OpportunitieS
For Electrical & Computer Engineering Students
Mission:
- To support academically talented students with demonstrated financial need to attain undergraduate degrees in electrical and computer engineering at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV)
- To improve and promote students' sense of belonging on campus, in UNLV's College of Engineering, and in STEM fields
- To broaden opportunities and expand participation in STEM careers
Overview:
- Provides students with financial, academic, and social support
- Offers up to $14,300 of annual scholarship for 4-5 years

Must be admitted to UNLV as an Electrical or Computer Engineering major
All students admitted into the LVSM (Las Vegas Scholars METAS) Program will be notified of admission
Summer Bridge begins
